Redrow Homes Limited
Digital Campaign Developer
2011 — present

Redrow Homes has inspired and challenged me in ways I never expected. Here I have transformed from a senior UI designer to a more rounded User Experience manager who has designed systems and tools for both customers and staff to use to enhance their own endeavours. I'm a key member within this multi award winning marketing team, producing wireframes to high fidelity designs through to prototypes, MVP's and workflows. During my time at Redrow, I have taken control of all email comms including design, build, testing and reporting. CRO management has also fell under my wing as well as defining and maintaining all digital creative.

Augmenté
UX Design Lead / Programmer
2006 — 2011

Augmenté was a small startup consisting of like minded creatives who's sole aim was to make money by producing great products. I was a founder member and an integral part of the core product team. Not only did I create the visual designs, but I was key in helping define the products from there inception, through product management problems, idea validation to UX research and testing. I also took on the role of development manager, introducing an agile approach and daily scrum meetings. At a startup like this you wear many hats.
